This position is for a Systems Integration/Test Engineer with experience in Software development and hardware testing domain\. candidate will provide full life cycle systems engineering support, including requirements analysis and derivation, systems design, integration, training, testing, and system verification activities\. Candidate will perform as a Test engineer responsible for the development and execution of test scripts and test procedures during all test phases including pre and post environment system performance test\. Document test anomalies found during test execution and support trouble shooting to resolve issues\. The candidate will thoroughly test and validate the system during the entire product development phase, identifying defects, proposing solutions, and verifying implemented solutions to ensure a quality product is delivered\. The candidate will work as part of a technical team of software, hardware, and integration engineers who successfully integrate, test, and deploy complex systems to the customer\. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop, format, edit and manage critical user documentation and content; corresponding with the system development\. This required documentation accompanies the system and is required to be available upon delivery of the product\.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information\. The individual must have a current and active US Department of Defense \(DoD\) TS security Clearance\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

**· Active/Current DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI Clearance**

• Ideal candidate should have experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of approved system software

• Experience in creating and updating demonstrations, Training and Documentation packages

• Experience with Integration and Test/Verification

• Software product testing experience across the complete life\-cycle of a program

• Experience working in an agile environment

• Understanding stakeholder needs and defining solutions

• Development and analysis of system requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build

effective working relationships\.

• Self\-driven, ability to work independently and in a team environment

**Desired Skills:**

• Antennas design and text experience with one or more subsystems or disciplines

• Experience in generating testing documents that adhere to technical standards

• Understanding of product development and testing Life Cycle

• Experience in a test and requirements verification environment

• Systems Engineering and Automated Test experience is a plus

• Experience with automated build, testing and continuous deployment

• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Demonstrated understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members

• Quick thinker, fast learner/Proactive, problem solver, creative, critical thinking skills

• Develops solutions to assigned technical problems of limited scope

• Provides solutions to variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity

• DoD 8570 Security\+ Certification

• Basic networking knowledge

• Experience as an operator is a plus

• Willingness to travel to travel to customer sites for short durations to troubleshoot system and train personnel

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree\.
