CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Guest Services Ambassador to join our team located in London.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to ensure the highest possible standards to our clients and customers. This role provides a professional and engaging first point of contact for the visitors, client and building occupants.

Role Summary:

•Assisting with welcoming of guests, visitors and staff into client's head office and ensuring the guest journey is seamless

•Guest registration

•Preparation of security passes and name badges for groups and events

•Manning the events registration desk as and when required

•Building a strong relationship with the clients

•Where required escorting VIP's to client facing meeting space

•Responsible for assisting clients when booking meeting room and events space in 5 Canada Square

•Working with the client's events team and Executive Assistants to ensure all ensure all necessary documentation is completed and obtained in a timely manner and host understands requirements

•Answering calls and emails relating to any events / client meeting

•Covering all Guest Services positions as and when required

•Knowledge, understanding and managing of the company's Facilities Management helpdesk system to ensure any open tickets are followed up with the correct service partner and escalated where required

Experience Required:

•Hold academic passes with at least GCSE Maths and English or equivalent

•High end customer service background

•IT Skills to achieve key tasks and give the business a sound reporting base

•Verbal communication skills

•A basic understanding of business and customer-facing environments

•Been a part of a high-performing customer services team

•Customer focus skills with a passion for customer service

•Service-minded willing to go the extra mile

•Effective communication skills enabling the individual to work with clients, suppliers, and staff at all levels

•Self-motivated and ambitious

•Results/ task orientated, with attention to detail and accuracy

•Excellent time management and organisational skills

•Commitment to continuous improvement

•Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently

•Calm manner, able to work under pressure and with changing demands and priorities

•Confidential and discrete approach
