Responsible for supporting clients to deliver and validate energy, carbon and cost reductions. Identify and implement energy efficiency measures, low and zero carbon solutions and operational best practices

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist clients to measure, monitor and report on energy consumption and carbon emissions

2. Identify opportunities to reduce carbon emissions within clients' property portfolios

3. Calculate potential savings in terms of kWh, CO2 and cost

4. Deliver on these opportunities through managing installations & behavioural changes

5. To be able to normalize and verify savings post implementation

6. Assist clients to meet their increasingly challenging compliance requirements

7. Support wider energy management objectives, for example through energy procurement

8. Ensure clients benefit from emerging opportunities

9. Support clients' wider sustainability and corporate social responsibility objectives

Person Specification

1. Degree ideally in energy and sustainability, engineering or building services

2. Specific energy efficiency / low carbon qualifications are desirable

3. Relevant professional membership e.g. CIBSE, Energy Institute

4. Project management skills, with ability to manage multiple complex work-streams and clients, ability to manage budgets

5. Delivers work efficiently and to time

6. Ability to interpret energy data and use as a basis for reduction strategies

7. Knowledge of Low and zero carbon technologies

8. Experience in energy efficiency and wider sustainable energy is required

9. Experience of energy management, including energy procurement and compliance would be beneficial

We are in particular need of Building Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Managers.  Folks that have current hands on experience with HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, PLC’s, robotics, conveyor systems, carpentry, automation, controls and/or general maintenance.  And we need Managers that can direct these employees.
