CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an Energy & Sustainability Manager to join the team located in London/South East. The role of the Energy & Sustainability Manager is to deliver reporting, energy management and sustainability compliance services for the client FM account. The role covers +50 sites throughout the EMEA region and requires strong technical knowledge of commercial building services.

Role Summary:

  • Create and drive Energy & Sustainability strategies for Pfizer portfolio
  • Manage the client's Net Zero 2030 targets
  • Collect and present Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting of Utilities, Waste and Carbon Emissions. Full ownership of data platforms.
  • Analyse data to find opportunities to improve energy efficiency. Benchmark data against industry standards.
  • Develop sustainability initiatives for the account.
  • Provide monitoring and verification of energy projects.
  • Undertake building audits to identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability.
  • Provide business updates to both the account and the client on energy & sustainability activities
  • Provide training to account FM's on energy efficiency and sustainability

Experience Required:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject
  • Strong understanding of commercial building services and infrastructure
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong experience with energy, waste, Carbon and water data.
  • High analytical skills, focused on details, fast learning.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively to obtain required information within strict deadlines.
  • Strong presentation skills

We are in particular need of Building Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Managers.  Folks that have current hands on experience with HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, PLC’s, robotics, conveyor systems, carpentry, automation, controls and/or general maintenance.  And we need Managers that can direct these employees.
