INTRODUCTION

The Role is a blend of business analyst and communication manager responsibilities, dedicated to the client's RE functions. Resource is expected to prepare effective presentations and drive communications on behalf of the Client's Corporate Realty Services (CRS) team.

Role involves demonstrating the client's real estate activities and overall progress to local and regional leadership teams on appropriate forums. The resource will act as a single touchpoint for South Asia CRS lead for facilitating effective communication with all business leads and manager for collating data and presenting it with a wider audience.

Responsibilities also include supporting internal employee initiatives led by the CRS team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of all monthly, fortnightly, and weekly reports as required

• Build relations and work closely with client stake holders to stay abreast with latest developments on transaction projects and operational activities

• Communicate with the team to gather data for weekly update to be sent to region on current and completed projects works, in progress transactions, EHS operations, financial and value add saves

• Lead and conduct weekly meetings, maintain minutes of the meetings, and ensure key deliverables are highlighted and achieved

• Work closely with internal stake holders to make and present monthly presentations for regional leadership. Assist CRS leadership with ad hoc internal projects

• Create and lead staff engagement 'Voice of Employee' initiatives outlined by the client.

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION

• Postgraduate, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Prior experience of business communication, PR or analyst role

• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably from Real Estate Industry

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conducts advanced financial analysis.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Internet navigational skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause significant impact to client, co-workers, and supervisor. Sincere with work commitments, thorough attention to detail/deliverables. Managing client stakeholder expectations and ability to multitask.
