Become a key leader within a world-class global real estate organization that strives to drive change across a diverse real estate portfolio, through pro-active portfolio management. The real estate organization consists of an extremely strong team with a mandate from the Corporation; a solid foundation in place that includes industry-leading processes and tools; and an incomparable real estate analytics platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate Real Estate process
  •  Develop global real estate strategy for the dynamic PMT business (260+ sites)
  •  Define and optimize space requirements
  •  Design workplace strategies and drive portfolio transformation
  •  Oversee site selection, negotiation, tenant improvements
  •  Oversee a team of world class RE professionals
  •  Manage flawless execution of RE strategy
  •  Manage third party suppliers to ensure delivery
  •  Interface with Government and regulatory entities
  •  Communicate with all levels of business leaders


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Business, or Management
  •  7 years of Corporate Real Estate experience, to include strategy development


  • Significant experience with a diverse Real Estate Portfolio
  •  Proven track record of successful leadership of teams
  •  Ability to lead highly complex projects across regions
  •  Strong analytical ability
  •  Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  •  Strong level of customer service skills and professionalism
  •  Leads and solves complex organizational problems
  •  Extensive influencing and collaborative skills
  •  Mentor new team members or peers
