Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems\. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal\. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints\. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications\.

Travel may be required, as this position is expected to fill a role at the Lockheed Martin, Marion, MA site for a period of time, followed up by transitioning to a position at Lockheed Martin, Syracuse, NY\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

Position requires significant experience with either Electronic Warfare \(EW\) or Radar System design\. Tasking includes system design and trade studies, Radio Frequency \(RF\) chain analysis, and system performance analysis\. Experience with Electronic Warfare or Radar Signal Processing Techniques, Sensor System Integration and Test, and Electronic Warfare and Radar Performance Analysis Tools such as MATLAB is required\.

Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Department of Defense \(DOD\) security clearance to at least the Secret level\.

**Desired Skills:**

• Experience with EW and Radar Signal Processing Techniques, and/or experience in Related fields including communications, network infrastructure, etc

• Experience with Electronic Warfare and Radar Performance Analysis Tools such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, other data acquisition and processing software

• Familiarity with Radar or EW Systems or EW system operation

• Model Based System Design

o Experience with modeling languages such as SysML, UML, or AADL

o Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering \(MBSE\) tools such as Rhapsody, Cameo MagicDraw, etc\.

o Familiarity/experience with architecture frameworks such as DoDAF, FEAF or SEAE

• Agile Experience or experience with Agile development tools such as Jira, ClearCase

• Requirements management tool experience, including IBM Rational Suite, DOORS, Jama, etc

• Familiarity with Linux Operating System \(OS\) and Microsoft Office tools

• Experience operating complex RF test equipment including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, etc\.

• Experience integrating and troubleshooting complex systems

• Experience conducting structured test cases and documenting findings and results in accordance with established development and configuration management processes\.

• Experience with Test Automation Tools and Practices, including scripting \(C\+\+, Python, MATLAB, perl, UNIX, etc\.\)

• Experience with Configuration and Data Management \(CDM\) of Hardware and Software

• Experience working with internal and external customers
