The work:

+ Find ways to include human centered design and employee-centric solutions in strategies companies can use to recruit and develop employees

+ Work with clients to understand their workforce and recommend the changing skills their workers will need

+ Help clients build agile organizations that will succeed in continuous digital transformation

+ Conduct workforce planning using analysis that takes into account disruptive technology and adaptive sourcing strategies

Here's what you need:

+ Bachelor's degree

+ 2 years of client facing Human Capital experience in one or more of the following areas:

+ Workforce Transformation – Workforce Planning, Org Design

+ HRaaS – Strategy & Organization, Recruit & Hire, HR Modernization, HR Service Delivery & Compliance

+ Human Capital Analytics

+ NextGen Change – Dynamic Learning, Agile Org

Bonus points if you have:

+ Federal experience in one of the following areas:

+ Workforce Transformation – Workforce Planning, Org Design

+ HRaaS – Strategy & Organization, Recruit & Hire, HR Modernization, HR Service Delivery & Compliance

+ Human Capital Analytics

+ NextGen Change – Dynamic Learning, Agile Org

Important Information:

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $76,600 – $107,399 and information on benefits offered is here (https://www.accenture.com/us-en/careers/local/total-rewards) .
