This role is responsible for managing all F\-35 Program Build Team Corrective Actions requests issued either internal or by our DCMA Quality representatives\. Will also lead the Root Cause Analysis and Corrective action plan development and implementation\.

Some specific responsibilities of this role are:

• Act as a liaison to DCMA leads regarding corrective action issues\.

• Host weekly “CAR” team meeting\.

• Provide VP level status updates, including Aging CARs, emerging trends, DCMA Concerns\.

• Maintain monthly/rolling CAR metrics to measure success and health of the Program and CAR Team\.

• Collaborate and act as a “check and balance” when working Program Level CARs/iCARs\.

• Attend all Corrective Action Request Review Board \(CARRB\) Meetings

• Special Program level projects and requests as needed

• Regular floor walks and engagement – attend VP level floor walks

• Regular DCMA engagement \(all three DCMA teams\) as well as attending standing meetings\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

\-Root Cause Analysis experience or experience with RCA tools such as Apollo or Fishbone or Causal Mapping

\-Aircraft manufacturing system experience

\-Cross functional collaboration experience across one or more of the following functions or agencies: DCMA, Joint Program Office \(JPO\), QA, Production Control, Production engineering

**Desired Skills:**

\-Knowledge of DCMAI 8210 requirements

\- Understand the use of various analytical tools to determine issue root causes with an understanding of the human element involved

\-Appreciation for importance and impact of conducting thorough and complete RCA

\-Professional presence and ability to communicate clearly and effectively on complex issues

\-Ability to create productive relationships with build team leadership and DCMA representatives

\-Experience developing and implementing plans to improve work place compliance to procedures

\-Broad understanding of manufacturing and quality concepts, systems and operations
