Job Summary:

Sales & Pricing Performance provides end-to-end sales and pricing effectiveness, sales operations, and analytics services. S&PP partners with teams around the world to deliver insights, improve acumen and win profitable deals. S&PP Pursuit Services partners with sales teams to win more business through a compelling and differentiated end-to-end pursuit experience.

The S&PP CI & WL Tools Specialist will support the CI and WL Service with initiatives maintaining MMS functionality, enhancing it and keeping it aligned with evolving processes. This includes the addition of competitors, ability to select more than one Win or Loss Reason, links to current content. In addition, create of a PDF document from the MMS data either in MMS or in the reporting solution designed by the Analytics team. Consider integration with TouchCast win stories. The tools specialist will think through, document and communicate the required functionality and data for the Win Loss Insights database. The US Public Sector competitor proposal library, currently housed on SharePoint, must be maintained. Existing CI excel-based tools must be maintained including the US HHS spreadsheet. Enhancements such as custom win loss questionnaires must also be considered.

Track and prioritize CI and WL Tools items.

Key Responsibilities:

+

+ Create estimates of build/test time to meet requirements

+ Add competitors manually or coordinate with appropriate CIO/MMS team to have them loaded.

+ Execute monthly data patrols on MMS Competitor and Win Loss data (Competitors of other. Winning competitor of Unknown).

+ Extract Win Loss data and deliver to Analytics team for loading into beta Win Loss Insights database.

+ Connect with competitive intelligence practitioners, win loss reviewers and wl initiative leads to

+ troubleshoot, and resolve issues with any CI and Win Loss Tools functionality

+ Drive CI and Win Loss functionality forward in MMS including competitor teams, Lost To as multi-select, win/loss reason as multiselect.

+ Document and communicate the required functionality and data for the Win Loss Insights database

+ Teams w/MMS S&PP team and Analytics team to test changes and enhancements early taking advantage for program knowledge and diverse user base.

+ Supports MMS data migrations/conversions

Work Requirements:

+ Must support/mirror working hours for the supported Market Unit or other business area

+ Must be flexible with work hours according to business needs (e.g., when interaction/conference calls with team members in other time zones is required, at mid-month and month-end peak activity periods, when a critical issue requires immediate resolution, or when covering for a colleague in another area)

+ Must have good internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines

+ May be occasionally required to travel domestically or internationally

Basic Qualifications:

+ Undergraduate degree completed or in progress

+ English language fluency (oral and written)

+ A minimum of 3 years of experience in project-based work (organizing multiple moving pieces to meet deadlines)

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $56,500 – $94,799 and information on benefits offered is here.
