You will manage the stakeholder relationship to the wholesale coverage sales team and through extension of our wholesale client base, prospects, and consultants. You are responsible for developing our communications and marketing strategy and tactics in that area, in close alignment with coverage leadership - and will lead on its execution - playing a critical role in the success of our wholesale business in the region. You will work closely with all other communications & marketing functions to coordinate, define, and constantly update the narrative, messaging relevant channels and formats for the wholesale audience. You will also optimize the approach based on changing market dynamics, firm priorities, and data based on prior activities and drive channel growth strategies (digital enablement, lead engagement, revenue generation, practice management).

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a key leadership role for wholesale channel marketing and partner with sales leadership to translate channel and firm business strategies and initiatives into marketing plans, campaigns, and collateral that drive market share and advisor loyalty
  • Collaborate with all communications & marketing functions globally to create industry leading marketing strategies and campaigns that seek to achieve our ambitious distribution targets
  • Create innovative campaigns across digital marketing (paid and organic), Credit Risk Management (CRM), media, publisher partnerships, digital events, and sales enablement integration
  • Integrate data-driven learnings into actionable campaigns, and incorporate content syndication through marketing technology tools and publisher agreements
  • Drive new and enhance existing practice management and value add programs to help differentiate the Firm's capabilities in the US Wholesale/Retail channel
  • Closely collaborate with coverage sales to develop and execute client engagement model; provide target support for focus distributors (model/platform placements/home office initiatives/research alignment)

Your Skills and Experience:
  • Strong knowledge of relationship marketing including direct and digital marketing practices to drive new and existing advisor relationships
  • Extensive experience in asset management and/or consulting experience
  • Broad understanding of the investment management industry with excellent commercial understanding of asset management and its sales practices
  • Strong understanding of wirehouse, independent, RIA, and Family Office channels
  • Experience in building thematic and highly targeted solution-based campaigns/ possessing a Bachelor's degree, Series 7 and 24, MBA preferred
