We develop and deliver a wide range of advanced technologies for the commercial and military electronics markets. Our portfolio includes flight and engine controls, electronic warfare and night vision systems, surveillance and reconnaissance sensors, mobile networked communications equipment, systems integration, and environmentally friendly energy management systems. We"re looking for a highly skilled Sourcer to become one of these important resources who will help us find a talented candidate for our most challenging positions in support of our business. The ideal candidate will be current on Sourcing/Recruiting trends and technologies with a preference for candidates that belong to Sourcing groups and/or attended a Sourceon event. If you have a passion for finding candidates others cannot, and are a creative, research-oriented, problem solver with excellent relationship-building skills enthusiastic about helping individuals find promising careers, we want to hear from you. As a member of our team, a Sourcer works closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to develop strategies to find and attract candidates for our Engineering, Operations/Quality, and FastLabs (R&D) organizations. We conceive practical and creative ways to surface leading talent, and we invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach. We"re passionate about delivering an awesome candidate experience, and that starts with the first conversation with a candidate, which is more often than not with a member of our Sourcing team.

Responsibilities :

+ Demonstrated success in recruiting passive candidates for hard-to-fill requisitions

+ Knowledge of Talent CRM tools, candidate pipelining, and email drip campaigning

+ Motivated, research-minded, creative problem solver, and curious

+ Experience using the latest sourcing tools and methods (Boolean Internet Search, Chrome Extensions, Social Media, LinkedIn, etc.)

+ Detail-oriented in organizing, managing, and tracking candidate flow

+ Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills

+ Ability to present new recruiting concepts to talent acquisition team Willingness to attend job fairs, college info sessions, and customer strategy meetings

Basic Hiring Criteria :

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ Sourcing experience using Boolean logic

Desired Qualifications :

+ Attended a Sourcecon event or member of Sourcing groups Utilization of Social Media in your sourcing approach

+ Experience with drip campaigns and utilization of CRM Recruiting Tools (Phenom)
