What to expect

+ Responsible for creating bespoke marketing strategies and approaches for some of our biggest and most complex deals, you determine the marketing components to differentiate Accenture across the sales lifecycle and create preferences for our services and assets.

+ You work with creative, digital, and other support teams and collaborators to create client-focused messages, disseminate them through the right online and offline channels and help grow client relationships and conversations.

+ As trusted advisor to sales and deal teams you follow a data-driven approach: establish KPIs and metrics that provide the basis for continuous improvement and create industrialized, re-usable frameworks, assets, and tools to improve speed to market while reducing costs.

+ In this highly collaborative role, you act as market unit liaison to the market unit sales and marketing leadership and build executive relationships.

+ Last but not least, you lead a global core capability helping educate and grow the skillset and knowledge of the entire team.

What we’re looking forward to

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined with an at least ten years’ track record in integrated marketing, particularly client and opportunity centric marketing programs

+ Leadership experience in B2B marketing in one or more areas including messaging, agency/creative, digital, social media, and marketing analytics

+ Broad overall business acumen, industry knowledge and comfortable coaching business and executive teams on high touch, high value marketing activities and plans

+ Program and budget management as well customer service skills

+ Self-starter and excellent communicator with strong executive presence, the ability to work collaboratively at all levels in a matrixed organization, and fluency in German and English
