Job Summary

The Global Growth and Experience organization of Sealed Air is responsible for identifying, building and growing key digital transformation initiatives and customer facing products.

The Data Analyst is a key role on the MarTech and Data/Analytics team that will impact the pace and success of our global digital strategy. This role will be responsible for owning the tagging specifications that provide metrics for analytic solutions across various digital channels. The ideal candidate must possess strong Digital Marketing and eCommerce knowledge and will help enable a data-driven culture. This individual must be able to work in a fast-

paced environment and thrives on results-oriented delivery. They will work with cross functional team members, leveraging smart data to drive key business initiatives in a B2B industry.
The position reports directly to the MarTech & Data/Analytics leader and will be based at our and will be based at our headquarters in Charlotte, NC.


  • Implement the online analytics strategy with a key focus on tag architecture.
  • Partner with multiple teams to develop and implement site wide data analytic strategies leveraging analytical platforms like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Google Analytics, GTM, etc.
  • Ensure all business KPIs and metrics are tracking and reporting correctly
  • Actively monitor customers online behaviors to adjust and enhance tag capabilities to meet KPIs and business needs
  • Audit the digital tags and publish the results on a regular basis in order to ensure that digital tag requests are executed accurately and efficiently, maintaining data integrity
  • Monitor uptime of analytics platforms as well as provide direct, responsive support for availability incidents and other urgent analytic, development or operational needs
  • Participate in analytics architecture and software development activities
  • Design and create standards for data collection across multiple technology platforms
  • Translate loosely defined requirements into solutions
  • Support performance measurement tools by working closely to enable performance data sets to drive online adoption and customer conversion
  • Able to work in an agile, fast paced and start-up type environment with frequently changing priorities
  • Serves as a leading member on data collection projects, collaborating across functions to meet project goals
  • Maintain an attitude of continuous learning and stay informed on emerging analytics practices and technologies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, statistics, marketing or a related discipline
  • 3+ years' experience in digital/marketing/eCommerce analytics
  • 3+ years' experience working with an enterprise web analytics platform including data taxonomy and tagging design
  • Proficiency with solution design, tag implementation, tool integration, testing and optimization
  • Experience using Tag Management software like Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, etc.
  • Exposure to tools for A/B Testing, Power BI, SQL etc. will be a plus.
  • Proven experience to work in a fast-moving, fluid environment with the ability to seek clarification, define priority and drive focus of execution
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in a large organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to work with people at all levels
  • Can work effectively with global and remote teams

  • Excellent project management, attention to detail and communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities to identify issues & self-start programs to address
  • Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, REGEX and debugging tools and Web protocols across desktop, mobile web and mobile applications nice to have
  • Self-motivated and capable of delivering results with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to champion change, influence & drive results in a complex organization
  • Adobe Analytics experience desirable but not required
  • Google Tag Manager/Analytics certifications desirable but not required
