We are looking for a dedicated **Weapon Systems Integration \(WSI\) Systems Engineering Technical Management and Integration Lead** to join the team in Englewood, Colorado\.

In this role, you will :

• Lead the team coordinating design reviews and technical product reviews and Integrated Product Teams \(IPTs\)

• Work closely with the TM&I Manager to Lead the Weapon System Technical Management and Integration providing direction, vision, and coordination to guide development of the major system elements and subsystems

• Manage the program's technical processes and standards, risk and opportunities, Test Like You Fly \(TLYF\), Technical Performance Measures \(TPMs\), trade studies, Design for X \(DFx\), major technical reviews, peer reviews, and action items for the Weapon System Engineering, Integration, and Test \(WSEIT\) team

• Work directly with IPT/Segment leads, and subcontractors to help define the Systems Architecture, Requirements and Verification Baseline, development and flight test hardware baseline, ground and flight test planning, and design maturity milestone reviews

• Engage in the risk and opportunities process, coordinate with the Customer to assess risks and opportunities and implement appropriate handling strategies

• Support the System Engineering Integration and Test Integrated Product Team lead in planning and execution of work scope and Program execution

• Work closely with Navy and Army counterparts to develop, test, and field a strategic system

**Basic Qualifications:**

• Experience with development and execution of Design Reviews \(SRR, SDR, PDR, and/or CDR\)

• Systems Engineering experience and understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors

• Knowledge and application of Systems Engineering processes and functions in one or more of the following:

a\.\) System trade studies and/or System modeling

b\.\) Model Based System Engineering \(MBSE\)

c\.\) TPM development

d\.\) DFx execution

e\.\) Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management tools and processes

• U\.S\. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

**Desired Skills:**

• Experience with space, missile or launch systems design, development, integration, test

• Experience throughout engineering lifecycle \(system definition, design, build, test and operational deployment\)

• System\-of\-systems integration experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering \(e\.g\., Electrical, Mechanical, Propulsion, RF, Software, etc\.\)

• Demonstrated experience integrating systems to deliver a sophisticated system

• Ability to incorporate and lead across subcontractors, suppliers, and internal IPTs

• Ability to work in a fast\-paced, diverse team environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including MS Project

• Effectively manage baseline changes

• Active Secret security clearance
