As a Procurement Analyst II, you'll support the organization's supply chain operations by tracking the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, with a focus on the improvement of both processes and data integrity, to include process automation, scripting, testing, launch and enhancement. You're responsibilities will include gathering and reviewing data for trending, and creation of tools, metrics and KPIs. You'll utilize continuous process improvement and root-cause analysis to develop business insights in order to meet and exceed SNCs business objectives. Additionally, you'll collaborate with subject matter experts on identifying and implementing efficiency or performance improvements.

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 3 or more years of relevant experience

  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

  • Proficient in communicating with all levels of the organization, including participating in department efforts

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding external customer expectations

  • MS Office, particularly Excel

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required. Learn more about the background check process for Security Clearances


Preferred:

  • Certification by ISM is preferred (Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity)

  • Fundamental understanding of data and data management

  • Proficient with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

  • Industry knowledge is a plus

  • Supply chain experience is a plus

  • Automation and or process optimization is a plus

  • AIP Experience is a plus

  • Experience with SQL and/or Data Modeling is a plus

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $58,190.00 - $80,011.25
