Job Description
This position on the NQM HEDIS Technology, Data & Reporting team is responsible for the successful design and deliver of complex reporting solutions to meet business needs. This position will build, deliver, and manage dashboards and other analytic/trending reports to enable project tracking and decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of business intelligence reporting platforms and programming tools and methods.
- Direct experience working with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) and least two years experience developing and deploying production dashboards in an enterprise environment.
- Five or more years experience with advanced reporting automation and business intelligence development skills, and/or advanced data visualization and dashboard development skills (e.g., Power BI / Tableau).
- Experience working with large data sets from multiple data sources and understanding of relational databases and data warehouses
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare datasets; HEDIS experience a plus
- SQL, SAS, Python experience
- Communication proficiency – verbal and written. Comfortable with audiences at varying levels within the organization and external partners. Ability to translate reporting work/concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Successfully navigate and manage simultaneously competing priorities to meet business needs and deliverables
- Ability to provide leadership to staff and to build the trust and respect of internal and external key stakeholders. Able to motivate staff and promote team building.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including creativity, resourcefulness, timeliness and technical knowledge related to analyzing and resolving medical/administrative problems

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
