Account & New Business Development Manager Data Center Segment - Nordics

Develop and further grow Eaton's Data Center business in the Colocation, Enterprise and IT Service Provider Sub Segments focusing on the key target players in the market based in the Nordic region.

You will be part of an international sales team focusing on the major global- and regional customers in the Data Center industry reporting to the regional Sales Director Data Centers EMEA.

Your key deliverables:

New Business Development of the Colocation and IT Service Provider Markets including partners such as contractors and consultants

Customer Relationship Management

Subject Matter Expert on Commercial aspects of Critical Power solutions and new concepts

Build and Manage Virtual Teams and be comfortable working in International matrix management environments.

Build and Execute a regional Business Development plan

Work and make a contribution Cross functionally with peers and colleagues in a country and regional business

Deliver Growth against targets for order bookings and revenue.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent Industry experience

• Relevant Years and area of experience required

• Knowledge of Cloud & IT Services Market and Electrical Power in relation to both Communications and Global IT sub segments is essential. Knowledge of AC power quality and Power Distribution.

• Strategic Selling and proven ability to drive new business as a self starter. Building and Leading Virtual teams. Working internationally.

• Must be a strong negotiator with a good understanding of global contracts.

• Fluency in English and Swedish Language
