+ Thriving to maximize growth across client groups, you support our senior leadership in defining our pricing approach.

+ You develop and implement strategies and tactics that enable our deal teams to maximize profitability and achieve desired outcomes for our clients through compelling, market-based pricing and commercial propositions.

+ Our solution delivery and sales professionals can count on your support – not only in understanding client requirements, constraints, buyer values and high-level acceptability criteria for any solution but also in identifying, analyzing, and developing business cases, preparing proposals and presenting them to clients.

+ In liaison with our market unit and service leaders you proactively manage the deal pipeline to ensure accuracy, identify trends and provide insight on optimization opportunities both overall and across priority deals.

+ While building relationships, knowledge, and insights about each commercial environment, you also upskill client-facing roles and internal teams and provide coaching on negotiation tactics.

What we’re looking forward to

+ Degree combined with minimum 6 years’ experience in a senior and leading role with "deal shaping" expertise

+ Experience in selling, solutioning, pricing, or managing sizeable System Integration, Application Outsourcing, or Business Process Outsourcing engagements

+ Advanced skills in competitive analysis, market intelligence, pricing and commercial strategy development, and pricing and profitability optimization, with a focus on IT service industry

+ Highly knowledgeable about the key components of a deal that can enhance profitability, with proven ability to structure different pricing arrangements as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, confidence and credibility to engage and take on commercial negotiations with senior client decision makers and procurement teams

+ Great at educating and influencing other leaders, to change behaviors in line with desired outcomes as well as good internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, flexibility with work hours according to shifting business needs and fluency in English
