Our facility in Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for an **early career level** Program Planner/Scheduler to join our mission supporting the Commercial Civil Space \(CCS\) line of business in Littleton, CO\. This is an exciting opportunity in which you will have the ability to support various programs in Deep Space, Advanced Programs, Weather and Earth Science, and Communications Satellite Solutions\. As a Program Planner on our planning team, you will conduct and manage a variety of activities for programs and proposals\.

**Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will…\.**

• Interface with programs, proposal teams and product teams on schedule related topics

• Identify and drive planning process improvements for the line of business

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules in MS Project Server

• Combine multi\-functional inputs to encompass the end\-to\-end program lifecycle

• Conduct critical path & risk analyses and output into actionable data for the program

• Communicate schedule impacts and develop corrective action proposals

• Provide guidance to Control Account Managers in the application of Earned Value

• Develop schedules that incorporate contractual scope, workflow, and resources

**Basic Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

• 2\-3 years of prior relevant planning experience

• Previous planning/scheduling experience with Microsoft Project or other comparable planning/scheduling tool

• Experience supporting projects with Earned Value Management requirements

• Strong understanding of the Program Performance Management Process

• Demonstrated competency in integrating cost/schedule and rolling wave planning

• Experience conducting critical path and risk analyses

**Desired Skills:**

• Strong skills with Microsoft Project

• Experience with Microsoft Project Server

• Strong influencing and relationship management skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team

• Experience with Agile planning

• Proposal experience

• Strong sense of follow\-up and closure with attention to detail and quality

• Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines

• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills

• Self\-starter able to operate with minimal guidance
