Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Pega Applications Developer Sr. to join us for Remote work that allows for 100% Telecommuting and working from home from anywhere in the United States!  

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Responsible for developing software with the Pega platform to support a large-scale IT system.  

  • Responsible for working on Pega development stories and tasks to completion with each sprintas part of an Agile delivery team that uses Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). 

  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. 

  • No supervisory responsibilities, accountable for own contribution.

 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (in Computer Science or related field) or Associates Degree or equivalent experience and    experience with Pega is requiredshall also have Pega Boot Camp and/or Fast Track training. 

  • Requires conceptual knowledge of practices and procedures within a particular area of expertise.

  • Responsible for working on Pega development stories and tasks to completion with each sprintas part of an Agile delivery team that uses Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) training.

 

Security Clearance Requirements: 

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • No security clearance required

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than 50% of the time. 

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
  • Constantly positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • Frequently moves Audio/Visual or Computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds across and/or around a business campus or large facility.

The projected compensation range for this position is $85,000-$141,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
