Account Management Executive – Beacon Health

 Beacon's Account Management team in the Northeast is looking for an Account Management Executive to make their mark on the behavioral health delivery system in the New England market.  This team is looking for a problem solver with significant knowledge and relationships in the health care and behavioral health delivery systems, particularly in Massachusetts. He/she will be responsible for account management retention activities within an assigned book of business.  

[Ideal candidate location is in Massachusetts but can work remotely from another market in the New England area}

 Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:  

-Responsible for achieving client retention by developing deep familiarity with all aspects of client contracts including products, service levels, and client KPIs.  

-Partner with key Beacon stakeholders to develop account plans for each client.

-Identify and execute innovative opportunities that drive value and achieve gross margin and EBITDA targets.  

-Develop business relationships with key decision makers and ensure client satisfaction.  

-Provides robust reporting on account performance and provides input on the regional growth strategy each year.

-Negotiate client contracts and work across the Beacon organization to deliver all contractual obligations.

Qualifications

BA/BS; 7 years of experience working in a sales and/or account management or strategy in healthcare or managed care industry, in or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Highly preferred:

-MPH, MPP, or MBA degree

-Experience with any of these lines of managed care business and their delivery systems: Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare

-Broader health systems or health policy knowledge

-Massachusetts and/or New England client and market knowledge

-Behavioral health knowledge
