Your work:

H&LS AAI EU – working for our top clients in the healthcare practice in the evolution of their core systems and the implementation of new digital architectures. Our clients are belonging to the Health and Life Science industries and our services/projects can be transformational for all the company or focused on a particular area (R&D, Precision Health, Marketing, Patient services, etc.)

Your role:

Data engineers develop analytics-based solutions that produce quantitative and qualitative business insights. The role works with partners as necessary to integrate systems and data quickly and effectively, regardless of technical challenges or business environments.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide technical thought leadership, compare different technologies to meet business health analytics requirements and support to Health AAI Europe.

+ Work with Business and health providers (hospitals, academia, regional health services or healthcare system stakeholders) to design data management strategy and define how technology can create and capture value

+ Execution of data strategy, help in the design and architecture of solutions on the platform

+ Enforce technical best practices for Big Data management and solutions, from software selection to technical architectures and implementation processes.

+ Lead on technical investigations & proof of concepts, both individually and as part of a team, including being hands-on with code, to make technical recommendations

+ Take a lead role in setting up new project infrastructure, in collaboration with team lead & DevOps team

Key Skills

+ Experience in building up network with HCS stakeholders (incl. players such as regional government, health insurers, hospitals and health providers, etc.)

+ Demonstrate success driving value through stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills

+ Strong in building strong internal and external relationships and the ability to translate strategic direction to every level in the organization

+ Experience in rolling out digital solutions across different countries

+ Business and technology expertise to develop strategic plans that define how technology can create and capture value

+ Capacity to bridge the gap between business, design, data and technology to partner with healthcare leaders to leverage digital, AI & analytics solutions to address healthcare gaps

+ Proven ability to:

+ Understand business issues, technology trends and opportunities, and competitive landscape in key European markets

+ Build strong network and trust with healthcare executives, collaborate and influence to shape the vision and direction

+ Manage local and distributed teams (on/offshore) and drive multiple projects to roll out digital solutions across different geographies

Preferred Qualifications

+ Business development & Health Provider experience (hospital/regional data management, or academic/hospital research).

+ Health / mental health innovation (physician / psychiatrist background)
