Key Requirements:
Provide technical expertise covering the various Identity, Authentication, CyberSecurity, and Governance components across the enterprise solution

• Be a key contributor to the strategy, design, and management of the enterprise IAM program
• Build a strong IAM foundation. Integrate IAM systems with in-house applications, third party applications and SaaS applications for lifecycle management, provisioning, identity authentication, and developing connectors between IAM tools and system resources
• Translate high level requirements into detailed technical designs, and lead design sessions and code walkthrough
• Design IAM processes and identify opportunities for improvements
• Work across functions to improve IAM solutions to address compliance requirements and embrace best practices • Build and develop systems and processes to enforce least privilege in a transparent way
• Design, develop, test, implement, and document the IAM solution to meet program requirements
• 5+ years’ of IAM and 2+ years’ experience with SailPoint and Identity product suites.
• Strong development experience in implementing the lifecycle management (LCM) events, workflows, rules, and custom reports. Knowledge of all SailPoint installation and deployment
• Extensive experience with application design, integration and deployment in an integrated IT environment. Must know how to plan, prototype, test, deploy and maintain a solution.
• Experience with IGA Operational tasks – Creating connectors, Defining Access Control, Policies/Platforms, User provisioning and entitlements, Managing Applications Credentials and User Access Policy Management
• Experience in performing Privileged Access Reviews, Compliance Reporting, Access Control Processes, and other associated tasks with Privileged User Management
• Skilled in Active Directory concepts, including users, computers, groups, policies
  Should have custom connector development experience for SailPoint Strong understanding of Role Based Access Control, SOD and Access Certification
• Experience integrating SailPoint with Azure AD, Human Capital Management (HCM) products, Active Directory, O365, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Oracle, and JIRA etc.
• Experience preparing the product documentation, test cases, test plans and support process
• Programming with Java, Python, PowerShell, JSON, REST, SCIM and SOAP-based web services
• Experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems
• Deep knowledge of agile processes and workflows
• Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to understand a very complex environment.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills: ability to clearly and concisely articulate issues, alternatives, and recommendations
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Required Professional Experience:

10+ years of information security experience; 4+ years in Identity & Access Management or similar roles
Deep understanding of NIST/MITTRE/CIS/ISO frameworks. 
Able to come up with solutions related to security initatives/cyber-security events
Research and expertise in Red Team and threat-hunting exercises
Expertise with network protocols and the basics of TCP/IP
Rudimentary computer programming and scripting skills
Project management skills and experience; Consistently deliver on commitments, deadlines and objectives while remaining in scope and leveraging appropriate tools, methods, frameworks, and professional standards
Build trust and credibility with business partners and leadership while recommending initiatives, and identifying gaps and potential issues, requiring effective communication and collaboration at all levels of a professional services organization
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in both team and independent settings
High degree of sensitivity to confidential matters
Demonstrated abilities in problem-solving and analysis: identifies issues, analyzes information to assess root cause and relationships, risks, and potential risk responses; proven ability to synthesize and summarize complex data into concise recommendations and reports

Extensive experience with designing and implementing identity solutions including a deep architectural understanding of its technical components
Cloud services implementation and experience within Azure or AWS
Intimate understanding of key concepts around architecture elements for AI/SecDevOps/DevOps/CyberSecurity
Experience designing and developing J2EE/Java applications
Excellent written and verbal skills for communicating complex technical issues and concepts
Expertise developing troubleshooting processes, methodologies and security standards
Strong understanding of information security fundamentals in the identity and access management domain
Clear understanding of application development best practices, with a focus on programming technologies
Experience working with GitHub, BitBucket, Eclipse/RAD, Jira, and ServiceNow

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or other technical field (required)
• Master’s degree in Business or other technical field (preferred)
• CCSP/CCSK/CISA/CISSP/CISM or equivalent certifications
• SCRUM/PMP/Agile Project Methodologies
