An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Human Resources Manager in the Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) business. In this exciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your extensive experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support the HPS leadership team.

Lead HR strategies for our Performance, Materials and Technologies strategic business group. You will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services and actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years progressive professional Human Resources experience
  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources leadership roles within a global organization
  • 3 years in Human Resources supporting manufacturing
