We are seeking a **Systems Integration/Test Engineer** to represent **ATLO \(Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations\)** on the **Hawkeye Program** within the Optical Center of Excellence \(OPCoE\) organization\. You will work shoulder\-to\-shoulder and partner with Hawkeye OPCoE Leadership and Subject Matter Experts to successfully Assemble, Integrate, and Test Hawkeye products\.

**Summary of Key Duties for this position:**

• Development and execution of the overall Assembly, Integration, and Test Plan

• Planning and execution of detailed schedules

• Reviewing Engineering Specs/Drawings and championing Design for Integration and Test \(DFx\) requirements that positively influence the system design for ATLO

• Identifying, designing, and fabricating Electrical Ground Support Equipment \(EGSE\) and Mechanical Ground Support Equipment \(MGSE\)

• Preparing Facilities for Assembly, Integration, and Test \(AI&T\) activities

• Developing and releasing Integration & Test Procedures, Test Scripts, and Manufacturing Work Instructions

• Communicating ATLO status to peers, leadership, and customers

• Presenting at Program Management Reviews \(PMR\), Design Reviews \(PDR/CDR\), and Test Readiness Reviews \(TRR\)

**Basic Qualifications:**

• Experience working in an Operations or Test Engineering Team responsible for the AI&T of complex high value products

• Experience working on an AI&T team during the early phase a Program Life Cycle \(e\.g\. pre PDR/CDR\) including program requirement interpretation, design for integration, developing integration & test schedules, producibility assessment, and MGSE/EGSE design and fabrication schedules

• Demonstrated ability to effectively apply lessons learned and best practices from Integration and Testing experiences to develop and champion Design for Integration and Test \(DFx\) initiatives\.

• Effective communications \(written & verbal\) and interpersonal skills\.

• Experience in developing and presenting program management level briefing \(e\.g\. PMR, CCB, PRB, PDR, and CDR\)

• **US Citizen and ability to obtain a Secret clearance \(current Interim Secret or higher preferred**

**Desired Skills:**

• **Currently holds an active TS/SCI**

• Direct hands on experience with assembling, integrating, and testing Optical Payloads

• Working knowledge of ATLO integration and test flows

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of CIPS as it relates to ATLO Operations

• Current Cost Account Management \(CAM\) certification and experience including rolling wave planning and development of CROMs and ECPs

• Demonstrated experience generating proposals and Basis of Estimates \(BOE\) requiring AI&T support

• Understanding of standard ATLO tools such as SAP, VE\-CAMS, Automation Framework \(AF\), STARS, and Python

• Certified LM21 Greenbelt or Blackbelt

• Graduate of Corporate/Company leadership or technical development program\(s\)
