Job Summary:

Directs activities of the Guest Services Department, Volunteers and Pastoral Care. Manages and performs as a patient advocate to coordinate the resolution of patient care issues and concerns. Collaborates with all disciplines and leadership to improve tangible outcomes in patient experience and engagement through strategic planning, implementing educational initiatives, and continuous performance monitoring through leader rounding and RL Solutions. Demonstrates excellent communication and relational skills, as well exhibit a positive and professional image of Mission Hospital, in both words and actions.

 

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

 

Preferred Education: Master's Degree

 

Required Experience: 3 years of leadership experience. Proven ability in planning and development of services related experience. Demonstrated strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills.

 

Preferred Experience: 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare, and/or customer service.
