A successful broker sales representative will grow broker sales in the territory by developing new relationships with local and national brokers and by strengthening existing relationships. The ability to develop their practice by selling through insurance brokers is required. The ideal candidate will have previous broker sales or similar worksite benefits experience, plus a current state life and health license.
We are seeking individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who would like to be in business for themselves, but not by themselves. Previous insurance sales experience is expected along with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE REQUIRED.
EXPERIENCED BROKER INSURANCE REPRESENTATIVES PREFERRED.
