Position Summary
Provides research support for comparative effectiveness, pharmacoeconomic and health outcomes research, focused on hematology/oncology. Supports and adheres company Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Works collaboratively with a team of outcomes researchers and biostatisticians under the supervision of research managers.
  • Performs literature reviews and summarizes evidence findings for proposals, protocols, study reports and manuscripts
  • Collaborates with outcomes researcher to prepare and address feedback on study deliverables
  • Collaborates with biostatisticians to develop result table shells
  • Formats output of data analysis for customer readiness
  • Copyedits proposals, protocols, study reports and manuscripts
  • Schedules meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepares meeting agendas and summaries
  • Supports development of process improvement documentation
  • Position may require customer interaction either by phone or in person

Typical Minimum Requirements
  • Typically requires 4+ years of relevant Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR) experience
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Healthcare Economics or related clinical discipline
  • PharmD or Ph.D. preferred

Critical Skills
  • 1-3 years' experience in writing and completing HEOR studies required
  • Must have experience using Real World data sources including EHR, claims, and patient reported outcomes
  • Oncology and Pharmaceutical/CRO experience strongly preferred
  • Proven success leading multiple HEOR studies simultaneously with varied timelines and deliverables
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced matrix environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Webex/Microsoft Teams
