Job Description

Conversations•Proactively provide individual employee coaching and guidance on career development, based on a strong understanding of a person’s interests and aspirations and knowledge of Accenture’s business.•Provide personalized employee support connecting people to projects, coaching people on “best fit” roles, balancing career goals and business priorities.•Have honest and transparent conversations, with compassion and empathy to help people grow, keeping both personal and key practice priorities at the forefront.

Connections•Work closely with the Practice Leads to understand our business/practice strategy and current performance and use that knowledge as I coach my people.•Work with the HR partner team to understand talent priorities and talent programs and make employees aware of specific opportunities. Collaborate across different HR partner teams.•Work closely with Talent Futurists and Talent Scouts to understand how the demand for talent is evolving.•Proactively work with employees to ensure business critical employee information is up to date and accurate (Skills, myScheduling, PA, Workday, etc.)•Work with the Employee Experience Lead to coordinate the Employee Experience in the practice, including engagement, feedback, coaching and learning. Partner with the Talent Strategy and Activation team for the service on people programs and other priority programs impacting our people.•Work with the Inclusion & Diversity Lead to develop and execute strategies and actions to achieve I&D objectives and measure the results and key trends in the practice.Enablement•Use enterprise insights for deeper analytics.•Provide talent practice enablement materials.•Enable MU and Service specific people and learning programs for employee engagement and skill development.

Basic Qualifications:-Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:-Prior experience in being an HR business partner with large scope or Field HR or in the Talent Supply Chain area would be preferable

Professional Skills:- Business acumen; able to influence leadership and communicate with a diverse talent population- Strong executive presence; speak comfortably with Accenture Leadership to articulate a POV- Collaborative work style; willing to coach and to be coached by others- Trusted advisor to leadership- Comfortable working across different teams; ability to balance schedule and priorities as needed- Manage a team of HR partners and create a successful team to support our business and people- Relentlessly drive progress on numerous initiatives at the same time- Expertise with managing process design and execution- Innate eagerness to drive actions through analytics and insights, and find new strategic solutions to “old” problems- Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
