The Supplier Enablement Specialist has responsibility for the day-to-day P2P operational support of enabling suppliers in the P2P application known as SCI SpendSmart.


**Supplier Enablement**

+ Leads supplier enablement activities associated with catalog ordering and invoicing implementations

+ Works with Business Units, Buyers, and Accounts Payable to collect and review supplier information for enablement

+ Provides functional support for Supply Chain Management (SCM) purchase to pay systems and processes (including Coupa, Oracle & BI tool)

+ Accurately tracks status of suppliers and their relevant category in the supplier enablement process and ongoing monitoring

+ Creates presentations, communications and conducts training for the supplier community

+ Provides customer service support and troubleshoots issues for the enabled suppliers

+ Assists with opportunities to optimize all systems related to purchase-to-pay activities in support of the entire SCM team liaison to leverage best practices and make enhancements to the process

+ Assists in efforts to define business and system requirements including documenting processes, business requirements and general technology needs

+ Coordinates with IT to provide support/identify buyer training needs and make recommendations for functionality and business process improvements

**Project Management**

+ Drives projects which create maximum benefits for both buyers and suppliers

+ Acts as project manager for cross functional teams consisting of both internal and external stakeholders, including On-Boarding, Catalog creation and management, and Contracts

+ Holds responsibility for customer satisfaction on assigned projects

+ Prepares and delivers analysis and presentations for customers to convey expectations, risks, options, project plans, results, etc. to meet customer goals and objectives

+ Acts self-sufficiently to identify solutions and strategic direction

+ Serves as the point of contact and takes lead of the purchase-to-pay system upgrade processes for key suppliers

+ Assists with SCM change management strategies and implementation plans related to theP2P/ supplier process

**MINIMUM** **Requirements**


+ High School diploma or equivalent required

+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain preferred


+ Two (2) years of experience with procure to pay software and/or IT application support, Procurement/Supply Chain, or Project Management function

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**

+ Ability to work productively and influence change within a large, complex organization with a myriad of legacy purchasing practices

+ Proactively support a large base of suppliers, many of whom have their own organizational complexities

+ Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills

+ Strong analytical skills

+ Ability to make vital project decisions and recommendations

+ Ability to communicate to IT system associates at both SCI and supplier companies

+ Passion to provide great service to internal customers (e.g., sourcing professionals, property operators)

+ Demonstrated success executing flexibility within a fast paced environment

+ Highly organized and detail oriented

+ Self-starter with the ability to prioritize deliverables and meet deadlines

+ Knowledge of electronic commerce background

+ Work indoors during all seasons

+ Standard business attire required

+ Sitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per day

+ Climbing stairs to access buildings occasionally

**Physical Demands**

+ Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers and phone usage
