Job Summary

The CoreTrust Associate Analyst will work with the Sr. Manager of Financial Reporting & Analytics and the Sales Operations team to aggregate data from disparate systems in order to build meaningful data models and reporting.  The models and visualizations created by the Associate Analyst will be used to enhance the CoreTrust member experience, improve visibility into sales activity and financial performance, and assist in the monitoring and execution of strategic initiatives.


As an Associate Analyst for CoreTrust, you will: 

  • Develop creative and efficient visualizations of aggregated data
  • Develop, maintain, and run various Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Build, update, and provide ad-hoc reporting and analytics as requested by Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams
  • Provide new solutions and customized reporting based on changing customer needs
  • Assist the sales team in customizing/troubleshooting their individual reports
  • Work with other business units to synchronize various data systems with CoreTrust systems


To be considered for the Associate Analyst, CoreTrust position you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher is required (emphasis on analytics or data science preferred)
  • 1+ years' experience in data analytics is preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft products
  • Experience with data aggregation and visualization tools required (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
  • Detail oriented and strong communication skills a must
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
