Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement both internal and external communications programs such as employee events, trade fairs, advertising, brochures, newsletter, workshop, social media post, services and corporate videos etc
  • Manages internal and external communication tools
  • Develop and manage communication materials such as speech, all employees communications, articles, messaging, graphics, video, or others
  • Manage and monitor all 3rd parties suppliers (including webstie agency, creative agency, translation house etc) to ensure quality service delivery and in compliance to the project scope
  • Represents Communications in projects involving other departments, areas of the Company, and/or with public 
  • Support ad hoc requests including content, presentation, photo, video, customer gifts for local events and participate other corporate communication initiatives when needed

Functional (Technical and Professional) Knowledge

  • Excellent conceptual and implementation abilities (planning, analytical, creative, goal-oriented)
  • Strong competence in personal communications, excellent English language verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter and motivator – positive ‘can-do’ attitude with willingness for working hands-on
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer programs (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Templates, Video Editor)

  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market


  •  Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements

  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information


  • Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies

Interpersonal Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Mass Communications, Language or related discipline is preferred


  • 5 years working experience in project management, event management and marketing communications function (preferable both in agency and in-house). Preferred in an international and multicultural environment
