Kelly Science and Clinical has an immediate opportunity available for a Clinical Research Assistant (CRA entry level) in Cleveland Ohio.

Remote - Hybrid position (work from home part of the week)

The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for managing client studies, administrative support, telephonic client interaction and clinical documentation. Complete administrative support for center studies including monitoring of regulatory standards.

Training for this position will be onsite and remote work after the initial training period.

 Summary/Essential Duties:

  1. Manage center-related aspects of multi-center clinical trials including coordination of regulatory documents.
  2. Manage study site certifications, study data and study image receipt, and manage the processing of the images through the grading and reporting process
  3. Responsible for knowing regulatory requirements specific to Clinical Trials
  4. Responsible for project management/process improvement supporting the Director
  5. Create study specific site manuals and project plans
  6. Ensure that all regulatory compliances are met, appropriate IRB submissions are maintained, and all data collection is accurate
  7. Maintain study specific regulatory binders
  8. Facilitate inventory, readings, data transfers and archiving of study materials
  9. Maintain inventory and documentation related to receipt of study/certification images and materials

Skills necessary to be successful in this position;

Organizational skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Good communication skills; position will require phone and email communication

Experience & Education Requirements:

  • AS/BS in Business, Clinical Research, Life Sciences or closely related discipline required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with changing priorities
