The job supports the Medicaid Experience Enablement team that is focused on creating a seamless, cohesive experience for Medicaid Markets members, providers and regulators through a multi-channel, data-driven approach. The incumbent interfaces with business stakeholders to understand complex business problems and executes creating brand and regulatory compliant solutions to be delivered on behalf of Medicaid Markets, at the business unit and plan levels ensuring a consistent voice and approach across Medicaid functions and markets. This senior role will ensure comprehensive tracking of all materials and oversee vendors supporting Medicaid Experience functions while supporting intermediate and associate level analysts.


+ Create a comprehensive and consistent Medicaid Experience for internal and external customers with a focus on Medicaid regulatory and brand compliance guidelines. Executestrategic Experience goals and deliverables across all channels (including print & digital) including tracking implementation success using data and analytics.

+ Ensure deliverables meet and advance Medicaid Markets voice, brand, and retention goals and competitive advantages in addition to meeting all Medicaid requirements.

+ Maintain comprehensive catalog of Medicaid Experience materials and ensure inventory of requests are executed within internal service level agreements, compliantly and with quality. Facilitate approval processes with stakeholders and ensure timely distribution and publication. Execute process to maintain critical plan documents published on an annual and quarterly schedule including Member/Provider Manuals and Member/Provider Newsletters.

+ Implement Medicaid experience (communications, marketing & digital media) requirements for strategic initiatives.

+ Interact with vendors supporting Medicaid Experience ( media agency, print and mail vendors) including the oversight and management of significant budgets, resources, and complex, multi-channel programs delivered collaboratively.

+ Enable and execute multiple, complex campaigns providing direction and guidance to immediate team members, agencies and partnering with cross-functional partners such as Clinical, Quality, Service and Member & Provider Experience.

+ Identify and articulate dependencies and impediments to ensure program success.

+ Support and consult with other team analysts to ensure work is in alignment with quality standards. Provide guidance and mentoring for new team members onboarding.

+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business/Digital, Writing/Communications and Media/Multimedia or Business Administration/Management

+ 5 years in Communications

To Include:

+ 3 years in Marketing Communications, Digital Communications, or Social Media

+ 1 year in the Health Insurance industry
