The Training and Logistics DevOps Engineering Team is working on many exciting programs and developing cutting edge products and applications to meet the complex and evolving needs of our customers\. We are looking for talented engineers to join our team, working with other engineering disciplines to develop many best\-in\-class products and solutions\. The engineer will participate in phases of a complex software systems development lifecycle \(SDLC\), leveraging our DevOps engineering processes and procedures while performing respective engineering activities\. The successful candidate will be flexible, motivated, dedicated, detail\-focused, team oriented, and capable of multi\-tasking\. Positions are located in East Orlando, FL at the Rotary and Mission Systems \(RMS\) Lake Underhill Facility\. In this important role the engineer will collaborate with other program personnel, participating in cross functional Agile teams\. As members of the DevOps Organization, Engineers will engage in the development of solutions across components of software systems through design, integration, implementation and support\. Proficiency may develop in infrastructure, security, software development, database management systems, systems integration and automation\. Development uses agile processes and various technology stacks\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

\- Working experience with multiple software technologies \(simulation systems, C/C\+\+, C\#, \.Net Core, DevSecOps, Agile, third\-party integration\)

\- Experience with the software development life cycle as a software developer

\- Basic understanding of devops pipeline \(CI/CD\)

\-Accredited STEM Bachelor’s Degree \(Preferably: Computer Science or Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering\)

\-Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance

\-Continuous learning mindset

\-Successful communication of ideas and task status

\-Successful working in a remote environment

**Desired Skills:**

\- Previous ASMT experience

Experience with the following:

\- Use of CI/CD pipelines including: Git, Nexus, Kubernetes, Docker, SonarQube, Jenkins, Angular, Bitbucket, Ancible/Crucible

\- Agile experience, agile tools: Jira, VersionOne

\- HTML, CSS, Javascript/Typescript

\- Simulation experience, Agile development

\- HW IO, SW Test, SWE Core

\- Experience working with AWS or similar Cloud Service Provider

\- Experience supporting a virtual team

\- Strong Soft skills, active participant in virtual sessions, strong presentation skills, translate technical topics to business value for customers

\- Self motivated learner, active learner, driven, strong problem solver

\- Must function well in a creative, high\-tempo, collaborative, cross\-functional, dynamic, and multi\-disciplinary environment

\-Experience working with the Unity3D game engine or other real\-time 3D engines

\- Strong operational experience in a Windows environment

\- Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools \(Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence\)

\- CI/CD pipeline configuration experience \(GitLab, Jenkins, etc\.\)

\- Experience with a modern web application technology stack \(Angular, React, ASP\.NET, Node, EF, SQL\) or similar

\- Experience in activities related to aircraft systems simulation, aircraft maintenance, and simulation training
