DC3 is located in Linthicum, Maryland, with other office locations in Northern Virginia, and consists of a mix of Government, civilian and contractor support personnel\.

The selected candidate will serve as a Facilities Manager for the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center \(DC3\), performing a variety of facility management and vendor supervision related functions\. Duties include coordinating facilities work, projects and issue resolution in the DC3 buildings, planning efforts with the Army Corps of Engineers \(USACE\) to support DC3 operations, maintaining facility lease space utilization databases related to facility management activities, perform facility planning and space assessments, and review Statements of Work \(SOW\) to verify designs\. In charge of responding to facilities requests\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree\.

•Experience planning and coordinating multiple facilities related projects of varying scope

•Experience with the planning and oversight of facility operations & maintenance \(O&M\) and renovations

•Experience performing facility planning and space assessments; effectively allocate and manage office space

•Experience with preparing, reviewing, revising, and editing documents for review and approval with limited direction

•Experience managing projects of various size and complexity

•Secret clearance to start, clearable to TS SCI

**Desired Skills:**

•Superior organizational skills; ability to develop and deliver detailed project management products

•Experience maintaining facility related databases pertaining to space utilization, work requests, and life safety activities

•Experience with Army Corp of Engineers and military construction \(MILCON\) processes

•Possess knowledge of Federal and commercial leasing regulations

•Knowledge of government regulations and environmental, health and security standards

•Strong interpersonal and communications skills; able to provide precise and detailed information orally or written to leadership

•Availability to provide after\-hours response

•Availability to occasionally work weekends

•Carry a government issued cell phone to respond to after\-hours requests
