Ogden Regional Medical Center has a Exercise Physiologist  opening! 
 
The Cardiac Exercise Physiologist will be working as a member of the multi-disciplinary  Cardiac Wellness Center. Planning, delivering, and evaluating exercise therapy and education in accordance with the physician's diagnosis will be your role. You will serve as an expert exercise therapy resource in the clinical setting, showing ability to adapt a treatment plan for multiple cardiac, pulmonary, and metabolic diseases.

Qualifications

LICENSURE:

  • Current ACSM Certified Exercise Specialist preferred. 
  • Must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree program of Exercise Physiology or a closely related field. 
  • Coursework in Anatomy & Physiology, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Pathophophsiology, and Lifestyle Modification. 
  • Education and experience in EKG interpretation. 
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification

EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferred 2 years experience working in a cardiac rehabilitation setting.
