Wells Fargo Technology is seeking as Software Senior Engineer for Our Wholesale Digital Transformation Technology - CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team, which is responsible for developing, building, deploying, and managing integrated solutions on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premise and cloud platform. The platform supports multiple lines of business across Wells Fargo.

This position plays a critical role in driving business transformation through technical innovation. The individual will work closely with product owners, technical teams, architects and senior managers to ensure timely delivery of critical projects.    As a senior resource, this individual will also provide guidance and leadership to more junior developers and staff and is expected to be a leader within the agile delivery teams they are aligned to.  



Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience
  • 7+ years of .net experience
  • 7+ years of MS SQL server experience
  • 5+ years of Agile experience
  • 3+ years of technical engagement experience with multiple stakeholders



Desired Qualifications

  • An industry-standard technology certification
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exposure to Wells Fargo CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
  • Experience leading projects that require integration of multiple technology systems to deliver new online functionality and user experience
  • 5+ years of JavaScript framework experience (YUI, Angular, Node)
  • Experience with RESTful API calls



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with REACT JS


Job Expectations

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled



Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

MN-Minneapolis: Min: $108,500 Mid: $155,000 Max: $201,500
NC-Charlotte: Min: $108,500 Mid: $155,000 Max: $201,500
