Data Management and Insights (DMI) is transforming the way that Wells Fargo uses and manages data. About the Role:
Internally this role is Data Management Consultant 1
This role within Data Management & Insights (DMI) resides in the Consumer Business Data Leader organization and reports to the Consume Lending APP Leader. The Data Management Consultant 1 will be responsible for CNAPP data analysis and testing, creation of source to target mapping, and portfolio management and intake process.
The Analysts will be assigned to Consumer APP dedicatedly to gain relevant subject matter expertise that will help with successful execution of work. The Analyst will support the work efforts and delivery team with the following responsibilities.
- Understand business data needs, data subject areas, data models, and end-to-end solution to meet user needs
- Translate requirements into epics/stories for conformed and curated data
- Identify data access roles and entitlement needs for consumption
- Develop source-to-target mappings for source-to-APP and APP-to-target
- Recommend DQ requirements based on Data profiling and business use
- Execute UAT testing
Market Skills and Certifications
5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, data governance, data modeling, data quality or data analysis
Experience in working with remote teams
Experience in facilitating and hosting working group sessions
Experience with SQL and related query tools.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Solid experience with MS Excel
Banking or Financial Services experience
