+ Project Role :Business Operations - PMO Practitioner

+ Project Role Description :Support the service delivery or product team(s) in managing resources, projects and budgets to meet the goals of the business and clients. When required, develop and execute demand management processes, provide training and education on standard project management requirements and methods, facilitate project governance and reporting, and create models to improve business decisions.

+ Key Responsibilities : 1 Manage on/ off boarding for large Project FTEs 2 Update HR system with on/off boarding information about project resources 3 Connect with Stakeholders on client and Accenture side for resource forecast data collection, follow-up on pending requests 4 Control and manage budget for project 5 Responsible to update/ create SharePoint information pages, lists, administrative documentation 6 Support management with preparation for recruiting process

+ Technical Experience : 1 Should have at least 2 years of experience 2 Level 11 with good practical knowledge in Resource Management, Stakeholder communication, data collection and analysis 3 Understanding of PMO role in a project and related administration will be an advantage 4 Highly proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power Point, SharePoint and MS Teams 5 PowerBI and usage of automation tools will be an added advantage

+ Professional Attributes : 1 Excellent communication skills verbal and written 2 Should be able to perform well in pressure situations 3 Should have well presentation skills that are required for client interaction 4 Ability and desire to work with international team
