Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

+ Key Responsibilities : Responsible for providing technical support for customers Global voice network environment including but not limited to network incident identification, documentation, escalation and resolution - Lead support for Sev1 and Sev 2; proper handover to follow sun support - Provide timely updates to GCC and exec management - Troubleshooting support for complex phone issues such as SIP, TDM and hardware support - Support NICE Call recording, Screen and PCI compliance hardware and administration
+ Technical Experience : -7 years experience in Telecommunications and networking -Knowledge and Skill: -Knowledge of voice and telecommunication technology including SIP -Consultative and communication skills Analytical ability - Proficient knowledge in ACD, Vectoring, Voice -- -Network Design and Administration -Basic level Training in Voice Network Tools -Proficient knowledge in 1 of the following, basic knowledge in the others: - Avaya ACA - Cisco Voice -CCNA - ITIL Awareness Certification
