ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to perform the following duties along with all other duties as requested by the Director of Distribution. It is the responsibility of each individual at AWG to provide ultimate customer service to our members to support their efforts in increasing same store sales and profits.

* 1. Prepare Audit, Inventory and Scratch/Cut reports. Make PMS adjustments when necessary.

* 2. Compose business correspondence via computer. Prepare vouchers for payment of invoices.

* Maintain OSHA 200 log for division personnel.

* 6. File records and reports, post information to records, sort and distribute mail, answer telephone, and perform similar duties.

* 7. Compute amounts and check totals on report forms and bills.

* 8. Type on or from specialized forms.

* 9. Operate copy and fax machines on a daily basis.

* 10. Make copies of completed work.

Required to have basic skills on personal computer to include word processing and Access.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent; and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interrupt bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
