What you'll do:
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities. Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business.
  • Developing and managing an efficient channel network as per sales distribution strategy to improve sales performance.
  • Approaching & Appointing resellers for sales growth & Market mapping .
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners

Your day to day:
  • Self-driven, well groomed, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic work environment
  • Quick starter, should be able to deliver results fast
  • Experience of Headset Industry a must
  • Experience 6 - 9 years
