Job Description
At CVS Health, the Senior Manager, Property Administration will be responsible for:

1. Contractual oversight of all Non-retail and HVAC / Refrigeration vendors, which will overlap with the Facility Repair and Maintenance Service Vendors.
2. Responsible for development of Department Strategy for Facility Services Vendor with leadership, and providing guidance/direction to Facility team to ensure strategy and CVS protocols are met.
3. Lead development and approval of Facility Services Vendors Master Service Agreements, including review and approval of SOW’s, SOP’s, and RFP’s for all Repair and Maintenance Services required to realize enterprise growth strategy.
4. Oversight and management of Facility Services Vendors and relationships.
5. Responsible for creation and management of effective cost and performance control metrics and reporting systems to monitor conformance of the Facility Services Vendors.
6. Financial oversight of budgeting, accruals, and forecasting as well as drive variance explanations and cost reduction.
7. Lead and direct internal team responsible for research and follow up of all Facility Services Vendors.
8. Ensure corporate compliance and non-compete agreements are met and maintained through close partnership and vetting process with CVS Legal and Sourcing/Procurement departments.
9. Ensure consistency of Facility Services Vendor services through leadership, influence and partnership with leadership across the enterprise.
10. Responsible for identifying vendor opportunities and gaining approval from business partners.
11. Responsible for developing and maintaining Facility Service Vendors scorecards and grading methods platforms to ensure improvements in overall costs and performance of the Facility Services.
12. Provide business performance reviews and ongoing feedback to ensure Facility Service Vendors performance and cost metrics are measured and continually improved upon.
13. Provide leadership and direction to internal and external teams to ensure company and department goals are met. Provide performance reviews and ongoing feedback to ensure individual as well as overall team development.
14. Lead in driving continual cost savings opportunities.
15. Lead specialty and PBM disaster recovery / hurricane / Covid-19 efforts.

Required Qualifications
5+ years experience in Facility Management or Property Management and associated processes.

Preferred Qualifications
-Service Channel Experience.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills, design, and problem solving skills as well as knowledge to facility management.
-Candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office.
-Excellent communication skills, time management capability and organizational skills are a must.
-Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence internal and external partners. Comfortable presenting at executive and external meetings.
-Experience in and exposure to a variety of building facility services and projects and processes required.
-Positive attitude with proven proficiency working collaboratively within a team setting.
-Strong work ethic, ability to work efficiently and with accuracy, takes responsibility for own work.
-Self-motivated individual capable of assuming increasing responsibility for both current and future projects.
-Experienced Service Channel user, working knowledge of basic Excel, Word, Photoshop and PowerPoint.
-Willing to travel 25%.

Education
Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Work Experience in Facilities Management.
