About the Role


Our Identity Access Management is looking for a Tech Operation Senior Analyst at Bengaluru/Hyderabad location to provide support for Emergency Termination team as per business requirements. Team is responsible to remove all primary access for a Terminated User on High Risk Platforms (AD-ENT, Mainframe, RSA, Mobile Devices, Smart Card/Physical Access Badge and other platforms). The Analyst should be able to work well with teams and also work independently.

Responsibilities:


  • De-Provision user accounts through Active Directory

  • Revoke user access in Mainframe/Top Secret, Database and Unix platforms

  • Disable remote access and multi factor authentication for terminated accounts

  • Coordinate with security team to check user authentication logs

  • Prioritizing each task within strict SLA guidelines

  • Proactive in identifying gaps and help the team in streamlining process

  • Ability to identify and contribute towards mitigating risk.

  • Collaborates with extended team for joint deliverables

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Validation of required approvals before taking action.

  • Participate in team meetings to discuss about challenges, risk, and remediation.

  • Participate in LOB initiatives and take on additional responsibilities with BAU activities.



Market Skills and Certifications


Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree, preferably of Computer science or Information Technology

  • 3+ years of Identity & Access Management domain experience, with strong foundational knowledge of user access lifecycle management

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience on multiple platforms including Windows, Mainframe, and UNIX/Linux.

  • Knowledge of server OS 2008/ 2012, 2016 AD structure & database

  • Knowledge of any of the following, Zos, mainframe basics, RACF, Top-secret, ISPF TSS commands and Middleware Platform.

  • Knowledge of Applications Infrastructure in a large Enterprise environment.

  • Knowledge of privileged access, remote access, multi-factory authentication

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of information security and IAM practices and policies

  • Experience in Service Delivery and SLAs/KPIs monitoring. Proven ability for high volume/high quality results

  • Must have analytical and problem-solving abilities; understanding of data analysis and error handling concepts

  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills; clear verbal and written communication skills to facilitate solutions and resolve problems

  • Must be flexible to work in shifts and weekend coverage & be available for business meetings/team deliverables within/outside of ones shift

  • Must be self-motivated, directed, and detail-oriented

  • Knowledge on escalation processes/matrix and ability to prioritize tasks

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and assistance

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams, accept challenging assignments and foster robust working relationships with teams.
