The newly formed PepsiCo Data + Analytics Team is creating data platforms and products to serve various business needs across the global PepsiCo organization. These products will change the way the business interacts with data, enabling associates and executives to easily shop & select for the reliable, certified, trusted products they need to drive improved decisions and business outcomes. In order to ensure enterprise awareness and adoption of our data products we anticipate the need to market them across the company.

The Platform Marketing (Associate) Manager is a critical role working alongside senior Data & Analytics leadership and reporting into the Sr. Platform Marketing Manager. This role will work closely with the Product, Engineering & UX teams, as well as other internal Business functions, to generate awareness and adoption for our data platforms across teams and geographies. The successful candidate will be responsible for messaging/positioning, GTM, and content. They will also define adoption enablement strategy and branding for current and future platform releases. They will also help identify where to play and how to win the hearts and minds of stakeholders of all levels of technical expertise to achieve key user and adoption milestones.

This role is a hybrid of product marketing, branding & communications, and technology. It requires a mix of brand building, storytelling, change management, GTM, internal communications, external PR, and technical understanding. The role also requires extensive collaboration across multiple functions, regions and agency partners. This role will work closely with our technology teams and partners and requires an entrepreneurial mindset. Additionally, this will involve significant exposure to senior stakeholders across PepsiCo. It is a unique role for someone looking for a broadening experience that expands their domain expertise and visibility and provides the foundation for more senior leadership roles in the organization.

AccountabilitiesShape the GTM for new data platforms with the goal of driving awareness and adoption across the enterprise Drive sustainable adoption of data platforms and future technology platforms by segmenting and targeting the right parts of the enterprise with relevant content, information, and use cases Create a strong brand and platform perception via consistent messaging, design, branding and collateralsOwn content strategy for internal and external comms through innovative storytelling about data platforms and future technology platforms Continuously build selling stories for new platform/product releases, features, training, education, and accomplishmentsDevelop and own metrics for measuring progress and assessing impact of data platforms, working closely with Solution Engineering team to measure and act against insights generated by user feedback/dataPartner with Product Managers, Solutions Consulting, business stakeholders, and leadership to understand current user needs, customer experiences, and identify areas of opportunity to build support for the data marketplace vision and reinforce change management efforts to transform PepsiCo into a more data-oriented enterpriseUnderstanding other related business data initiatives/tools not currently owned by us and how we position these as one complete story for the business and the teams leading those initiatives.
Qualifications5-7+ years of relevant experience in a strategic B2B marketing role including Brand Marketing or Product Marketing for B2B, tech or data-related companies.Extensive experience developing strategies and content to drive new data products awareness and adoptionExtensive experience shaping product messaging and positioning and translating them into communications strategiesExtensive experience building GTM strategies from scratch including defining target audience, content strategy, delivery channels, KPIs and othersFamiliar with current best practices in digital and data platforms and productsTrack record of building processes to develop and implement data/technology solutions to end-users, including impactful launches and post-launch supportExperience marketing digital tools, SaaS, and other tech product management preferred
