Job Description:

Electronic Trading combines sales and trading with cutting edge product development and data analytics.

The sales trading team is responsible for growing client business and coverage of all client trading activities
  • building and owning top ranked relationships with traders, closing account gaps
  • helping and educating clients to intelligently interact with the complex and fragmented trading market and allow them to achieve multiple goals: access liquidity, reduce market impact, improve trading performance
  • servicing and monitoring clients live trading activity, giving pro-active advice, solving problems, helping their efficiency
  • providing TCA and market structure expertise, automated alerts, targeted content from all areas of the firm

Electronic sales trading role focused on Institutional accounts in the Americas:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales trading role with established institutional relationships
  • Experience covering: Institutional and systematic clients
  • Coordinate new revenue efforts on prospects and targets in conjunction with sales and regional coverage teams
  • Day to Day interaction, relationship building, trading coverage across Institutional client base (expect to cover 50-75 accounts)
  • Leading content calls, roadshows and trader desk reviews to build brand and identify opportunities with clients
  • Role requires advanced technical capabilities with in depth knowledge of transaction cost analysis, algorithm behaviors and customizations.
  • Familiarity with multiple execution channels: DMA, Market Access, ATS crossing, algo, US and CAD
