Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Mental Health Clinician III for the Employee and Student Assistance Program within Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care. Under supervision, assists in carrying a out a comprehensive mental health care program and related services for Employee and Student Assistance Program consumers. Assumes overall case management responsibilities for assigned consumers. Among the key duties of this position are the following: Provides individual, group and family psychotherapy as clinically needed to assigned consumers. Assumes overall case management for assigned consumers. Maintains appropriate records in a timely manner. Acquires familiarity with other UBHC units, consumer organizations and other pertinent agencies and resources in order to facilitate consumers' needs, develop positive work relationships and provide information and guidance to consumers. Contributes to and supports the goals and objectives of UBHC . Minimum Education and Experience: Master's Degree in an appropriate mental health discipline.
