In this role, you will support project leads, senior level consultants and team members in the successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary Total Performance Management (TPM) Vizient engagements.  You will participate in the development of project plans in conjunction with the Project Lead (Senior Consulting Director or Principal) to learn the skills needed to be part of a successful consulting engagement team. 


  • Design processes, identify financial opportunities, perform financial reporting and auditing, initiative implementation, and present results to client Executive Steering Committees. 

  • Coordinate monitoring budgeted hours, savings goals and timelines, and travel requirements for each client project, in accordance with contract terms.

  • Provide support to senior level consultants through data analysis, meeting preparation, product research, status report preparation, project planning and coordination, conference call participation, and on-site assessments. 

  • Support the delivery of successful consulting engagements to Vizient members as part of a consulting team. 

  • Coordinate customer relations efforts such that members are satisfied with Vizient’s services. 

  • Assist in the development of new product lines and services and/or enhancement of core consulting and data capabilities.


  • Relevant degree preferred. Master's degree desired. 

  • 2 or more years of experience working in management consulting, health care or project management required.      

  • Experience managing projects from deployment to delivery and evaluation preferred.

  • Experience with Mavenlink preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while tracking progress and needs of several different teams.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$66,500.00 - $96,500.00
